The installed motor has no IP protection class and is a powerful external rotor motor with 11 pole pairs. It also has an encoder with 1024 increments and integrated Hall sensors.<\/p>\n

This means that our eWheel has a redundant encoder system and, by balancing both signals, appropriate electronics can reliably detect the speed (SLS and SDI).<\/p>\n
